Les cartes d’affaires avec SPOT UV en relief donnent vie aux éléments clés de votre design. Mettez l'accent sur ce qui compte le plus - vos logos, photos ou motifs. La finition est un élément essentiel : vous avez le choix entre un lamination doux ou mat pour ajouter une touche de sophistication.

Matériel : Papier C2S de 16 pt (18 pt avec pelliculage mat double face ou 19 pt avec pelliculage soft touch double face)
Couleur : Impression en quadrichromie sur 1 ou 2 faces incluses

Lamination : Lamination mat ou Soft Touch
Soft Touch : Le lamination soft touch à le même aspect que le lamination mat et est parfois appelé cartes d’affaires en daim en raison de leur aspect velouté luxueux.
Finition : coupe au format et mise en boîte. Les coins arrondis sont optionnels.

Instructions spéciales pour les cartes d’affaires Spot UV
Please submit two PDF files:
• Regular full colour artwork
• Spot UV template indicating the area of the SPOT
On the spot UV template file, indicate the spot UV areas by using 100% K (black). Non-UV areas should be white. For best results, ensure this file is vector.
If you require one side to be completed UV coated, the corresponding page in your template file should be entirely filled with 100% K (black).
If you are ordering a 4/4 job with spot UV on only one side, please ensure that page 1 of your artwork is the spot UV side.
Spot UV Accuracy
Positioning of the spot UV cannot be 100% guaranteed. Please note that there may be a shift of approximately 1/16" in the spot UV position on the printed product. We do not recommend placing spot UV on small text or very small images.
Comment préparer votre œuvre
Bleed & Trim
1/8" on all sides of the document will be trimmed off, this is called the bleed. So the size of the file that you submit needs to be 1/4" higher and wider than the finished (cut) size. Make sure that all background images and colours extend into this area to avoid having a white frame around your design.
Safety Zone
Please adjust your text and important graphics to be 1/8" inside of the finished size on all four sides.
Colours
The file needs to be in CYMK colour not RGB
Resolution
The resolution of your file needs to be 300dpi
Submitting Files
We prefer a pdf file (including multiple paged projects) must be submitted as a single PDF file. Ensure that all pages are the same size. Make sure all fonts are converted to outline and all graphics are embedded and NOT linked.
Blacks
LARGE AREAS OF BLACK:
Rich black ( 40% Cyan, 40% Magenta, 30% Yellow, 100% Black ) should be used for large areas of black and will give a deep solid black finish.
SMALL BLACK TEXT:
100% black ( 0% Cyan, 0% Magenta, 0% Yellow, 100% Black ) should be used for small black text (12pt and smaller) and lines, this will result in crisp text and edges.
For a Blue that does not come out Purple
To get a proper blue that does not print purple the Magenta has to be less than or equal to the (Cyan value - 30) The reverse is true if you want to print purple
